There can be some instances when a customer had initiated the return pickup of a received order and now wants to cancel the same. The customer can cancel the return pickup, or you can also cancel the same on their behalf.
Note: You cannot cancel a return once it has been picked up.
In this article, you will learn how to cancel the pickup of a created return.
Using the tracking link
The customers have the option to cancel the pickup for a return they've initiated through the provided tracking link. Upon clicking, they will be directed to the customer portal, where they can specify the reason for cancellation and proceed accordingly.
Using the customer portal
You can also cancel the pickup of a return from the Eshopbox workspace on behalf of the customer. To do so, you need to follow the below-given steps:
Step 1: From the header, navigate to Orders > All orders.
Step 2: Search the order for which you want to cancel the return pickup.
Step 3: Click on Take Action > Cancel pickup.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the customer portal. Provide the reason for return cancellation and click on Continue.
The pickup of your return will be cancelled, and the status of the order will be updated as Delivered on your Eshopbox workspace.
