Amazon FAQs

Q1. If I am using Amazon Flex at my fulfilment location but want Eshopbox WMS to manage inventory across other channels, can my existing Amazon site code be integrated with your WMS?

No, the existing Amazon site code used for Flex is restricted to Amazon-managed inventory and doesn't support third-party integrations. To enable inventory syncing through Eshopbox WMS (Warehouse Management System), you will need a separate Amazon site code that supports integration. Eshopbox can help submit a request to Amazon for this new site code.

Q2. I can't see my Amazon Prime listings. What do I do?

Sometimes, you may not be able to see your product listings on Amazon. This could occur for several reasons. To avoid listing errors on Amazon, we suggest going through the following hygiene factors:

  • Make sure the product is created on Amazon.

  • Make sure the product is created in Eshopbox.

  • Make sure the product is made available to Amazon from the Eshopbox workspace.

  • The product should have adequate inventory in the Eshopbox fulfilment centres

  • The product listings should be marked as Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) on your Amazon seller panel.

  • Make sure the products are mapped correctly between Eshopbox and Amazon.

  • Make sure the products are not suppressed, inactive, or stranded on Amazon.

If you have verified that all hygiene factors are intact and your product is still not visible on Amazon, you should contact Eshopbox support.

Q3. Why can't I see some order details for my Amazon Prime orders?

Amazon provides order details for Amazon Prime orders without any customer data. This means you will not be able to see the following order details in Eshopbox for your Amazon Prime orders:

  • Customer name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Billing address
