Eshopbox Shipping is a smart shipping solution that utilizes data to connect you with the best courier partners for your shipments on each route.
It's worth noting that each courier partner has a limited delivery service available in some pin codes. Additionally, the service levels (transit times, failed delivery rates) differ at different pin codes, and the service level and shipping cost vary for different courier partners for the same area.
Eshopbox's algorithm monitors delivery performance across multiple courier partners and assigns the shipping partner best suited for that particular route. This algorithm allows Eshopbox shipping to offer
a money-back guarantee on delays in delivery attempts
uniform shipping costs at the zone level across all carriers.
Payments collected for COD orders will be transferred to your bank account every week, regardless of the courier's remittance cycle.

What is an On-Time delivery guarantee?
We pledge to make every effort to ensure your shipments are delivered within the promised timeframe. Our On-Time Delivery Guarantee means that we will do our utmost to deliver your packages on or before the expected delivery date.
To ensure On-Time Delivery Guarantee, Eshopbox uses:

Identifying the risk of failed delivery and assigning a risk score
Proactive order tracking via notifications
NDR automation
Fake delivery attempts monitoring
What is moneyback assurance?
In the rare event that Eshopbox is not able to fulfil the On-Time Delivery Guarantee, Eshopbox offers Moneyback Assurance. This means that you are eligible to receive a refund for the forward freight fees associated with the delayed orders.
How is it calculated?
Eshopbox offers a 95% On-Time Delivery Guarantee. The mathematical formula for the calculation is:
On-time delivery = (Number of orders for which delivery is attempted within EDD / Total number of orders shipped via Eshopbox) * 100
Eshopbox calculates the on-time delivery monthly for the orders which were expected to get delivered in that month.
Note: Eshopbox considers the first delivery attempt for an on-time delivery guarantee.
What is the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible for our Moneyback Assurance, the following conditions must be met:
The order must have been shipped using Eshopbox Shipping services.
The delivery is not attempted within the estimated delivery date.
The order has breached the on-time delivery guarantee.
A freight refund for the order has not already been processed.
A minimum of 100 orders are shipped using Eshopbox shipping in a month.
Note: Eshopbox will not consider the first delivery attempt if it is reported as fake.
How is the reimbursement processed?
Eshopbox auto-identifies orders where the on-time delivery guarantee is breached and initiates a refund for the forward freight. Reimbursement will be done in the first week of every month for orders where EDD is from last month and the order has breached the on-time delivery guarantee.
Note: Freight reimbursement will be done based on the average freight value of delayed shipments.
For example, if 1,000 orders are shipped and 940 orders are delivered on time, i.e. 60 orders are delayed with an average freight value of Rs 70/-. Out of this only 10 orders out of 60 are eligible for moneyback assurance, which will be 10 x 70 = Rs 700/-.
What are the exclusions?
The guarantee is only applicable for Forward Shipments. Any RTO, Return, or Lost shipments are exempted.
Shipments that require special handling, such as hazardous materials or items with specific shipping restrictions, are exempted.
Shipments on which refunds have already been remitted are exempted from the guarantee.
The guarantee does not apply in cases of shipment delays caused by factors beyond Eshopbox's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, acts of terrorism, customs delays, or unforeseen transportation disruptions.
Heavy couriers that are 5kg or above are exempted.
