Scheduling a B2B order

Once a B2B order is processed and packed at the fulfilment location you need to schedule the pick up of the B2B order on your Eshopbox workspace.

In this article, you will learn how to schedule the pick up of a B2B order on your Eshopbox workspace.

You need to follow the below-given steps to schedule a B2B order pickup:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.

  • Step 2: From the header, navigate to Orders > All B2B orders.

  • Step 3: You will be redirected to the Track B2B Order page. Navigate to the To Schedule tab.

  • Step 4: Go to Take Action and select Schedule Pickup.

  • Step 5: Select the Date and Available time from the slots on which you would like to schedule the pick up of the B2B order.

  • Step 5: Upload the following details:

    • Invoice/ Stock transfer note

    • Enter Invoice number

    • Eway bill

  • Step 6: Click on Schedule pickup

The pickup will be scheduled for the B2B order, and the status will be updated as Scheduled.

Rescheduling a B2B order

You can also reschedule the pickup of a B2B order. To do so, you need to follow the below-given steps:

  • Step 1: On the Track B2B Order page, navigate to the To Pickup tab

  • Step 2: Go to Take Action and select Res
    chedule Pickup

  • Step 3: A popup will open. 


  • Step 4: Select the date and time slot for the pickup and click on Schedule pickup.
  • The pickup of the B2B order will be rescheduled.
