This article will outline the tasks you need to perform to integrate Ajio with Eshopbox.
Before you start
Make sure you have an active Eshopbox workspace.
Keep your Ajio Place Of Business (POB) credentials handy for every fulfilment location that you wish to enable.
How does integration work?
Inventory updates: Whenever there is a change in inventory levels on Eshopbox, the corresponding inventory updates will be shared with Ajio.
Fetch orders: Whenever an order is created on Ajio, it will be fetched and created on the Eshopbox workspace.
Push order status updates: Whenever there is an update in the order status on the Eshopbox workspace, the corresponding status will be pushed to Ajio.
Cancel orders: When an order is cancelled on Ajio, it will be cancelled on the Eshopbox workspace.
Create returns: Whenever a return is created for an order on Ajio, a return is created on the Eshopbox workspace.
Steps to configure Ajio with Eshopbox
To integrate Ajio with Eshopbox, follow these steps.
Step 1: Installing Ajio
From the header of your Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Apps.
On the Apps listing page, search Ajio.
Click on the Ajio app icon.
You will be redirected to the Apps detail page where you need to configure Ajio with your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2: Configuring Ajio
On the Apps detail page, you will be able to view the various steps that need to be completed in order to set up Ajio with Eshopbox.
Step 2.1: Connect your Ajio seller account
You need to create a unique POB on your Ajio seller account for every fulfilment location that you wish to enable on your Eshopbox workspace.
Once done, you need to connect the POB to the fulfilment location on your Eshopbox workspace by following the below-given steps:
Turn the toggle ON for the fulfilment location you wish to connect.
Enter the Username and Password for this POB and click on Connect.
The Eshopbox fulfilment location will be connected to your Ajio seller account.
Once done, click on Next.
You can also edit the credentials if needed for any added POB. To do so, hover over the fulfilment location and click on Edit.
If the username or password is incorrect an error message will be displayed. You need to reconnect your POB using the correct credentials.
Note: You need to connect with your Ajio POC for the POB credentials. Also, make sure you mention Eshopbox as your integration partner while creating the POB on Ajio.
Step 2.2: Manage product catalog of Ajio
You need to map your existing Ajio Drop Ship product catalog with Eshopbox. Mapping is done to ensure the product availability on Ajio, corresponding to their availability on the Eshopbox workspace. Learn here how to manage product availability.
Step 2.3: Set Automation
Configuring the automation will help you streamline repetitive tasks and processes you want to automate for Ajio.
Click on the Set automation tab to view the automation that can be configured. Eshopbox allows you to sync inventory, order, and return updates in Ajio.
2.3.1 Sync Inventory levels
Toggle the button ON to update Ajio inventory quantities for inventory level changes in Eshopbox. Whenever there is a change in inventory levels in Eshopbox, the corresponding inventory quantities will be updated on Ajio. In case of a stockout, inventory will be updated instantly.
If you have turned the automation ON, then turning OFF the automation will stop any further updates to the Ajio stock. If you want to deactivate your listings from Ajio, you will have to make your stock zero for those products from your Ajio account.
2.3.2 Create new orders
Toggle the button ON to create a new order on Eshopbox whenever an order is placed on Ajio.
The customer places an order on Ajio. Ajio then approves the order and issues a purchase order to Eshopbox for this. Eshopbox will import and acknowledge the purchase order if the inventory for that product is present.
If you are using multiple Eshopbox fulfilment centres, Ajio will decide to which fulfilment centre the order will be allocated.
2.3.3 Cancel orders
Toggle the button ON to mark the orders as cancelled on Eshopbox automatically which are cancelled on Ajio.
2.3.4 Create returns
Toggle the button ON to mark the order as Return on the way on the Eshopbox workspace for which a return is created on Ajio.
2.3.4 Update returns
Toggle the button ON to update the status of a return on Ajio corresponding to its status in Eshopbox after processing.
The QC code will be updated on Ajio as below based on the status of the return in Eshopbox.
Eshopbox status | QC code updated in Ajio |
Restocked | Good |
Quarantined | Bad |
Lost | Missing |
Damaged | Ugly |
Once all the automations are set, click on Save.
The Ajio seller account will be integrated with Eshopbox after completing the above steps. You will see ‘Success’ mentioned in green near the Ajio icon on the Apps page.
Note: As you are performing a B2B transaction, you need to enable E-invoicing on your Eshopbox workspace. Also, you need to add the IRP credentials for all the Place Of Business created on your Ajio seller account. Learn here more about E-invoicing.
