There are two shipping options for orders in Unicommerce :
For Unicommerce orders where third-party shipping is set as true, the sales channel will manage the delivery for e.g., for orders from Meesho and Nykaa - you, as a seller, are required to generate labels and pack your orders. When orders are ready, Meesho/Nykaa's courier partner will pick up the orders for delivery to the buyer.
For Unicommerce orders where third-party shipping is set as false, the delivery is to be managed by you. These orders could be from your ecommerce store or any other online marketplace where you, as a seller, are responsible for managing the delivery to the customer. Such orders will be delivered using Eshopbox shipping. You need to add Eshopbox as a shipping provider to your Unicommerce account.
You must follow the steps below to add Eshopbox as the shipping provider.
Step 1 → Log in to your Unicommerce account and navigate to Settings. Select Shipping Providers.
Step 2 → Click on Add shipping provider and search for the Shipping provider as “Eshopbox”.
Step 3 → Fill in the required details as mentioned below:
Shipping provider name: Eshopbox
Enabled: Yes
Tracking enabled: No.
Note: Even if the tracking is not enabled, the order status will be updated on Unicommerce by Eshopbox.
Forward shipment
Note: Although the AWB generation is manual, it will be updated automatically by Eshopbox.
Reverse shipment
Note: Although the AWB generation is manual, it will be updated automatically by Eshopbox.
Once you click on Save, Eshopbox will be added as your shipping provider.
Note: If you have marked third-party shipping as false and do not want to set Eshopbox as the shipping provider, you need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager through Messenger to raise the request to remove Eshopbox from the default shipping provider.
