  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Festivals and events

  • Strikes, protests, and movements

  • COVID restrictions

  • Government restrictions

To ensure you only take orders that Eshopbox can fulfil, Eshopbox provides an excel sheet via email consisting of all serviceable pin codes daily. In addition, the sheet includes which pin codes are serviceable for prepaid, COD, or both.

Using the sheet provided by Eshopbox, you need to update the serviceable pin codes on your ecommerce website, enabling you to restrict orders from non-serviceable delivery zones.

For example, If you are using WooCommerce for your brand website, you need to update the serviceable pin codes on the WooCommerce admin.


I can see an order in Eshopbox, but the pin code is non-serviceable. What do I do?

In such cases, you would either need to cancel the order from Eshopbox or wait for the pin code to be serviceable again.
