This article will outline the tasks that you need to complete to set up Tata Cliq with Eshopbox.

Before you start

  • Make sure you have an active Tata Cliq account

  • Make sure you have an active Eshopbox workspace

  • Make sure products listed on Tata Cliq are created in Eshopbox

Setting up Tata Cliq with Eshopbox

Follow the below steps to set up Tata Cliq with Eshopbox:

Step 1: Install the Tata Cliq app

To begin with, you will need to install the Tata Cliq app in Eshopbox. Installing the Tata Cliq app allows Eshopbox to access your Tata Cliq account. Follow the below steps to install the Tata Cliq app in Eshopbox:

  • From the sidebar of the Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Apps

  • Click on the 'Tata Cliq' app

  • Click on the 'Install app' button.

Now, the Tata Cliq app has been installed on your Eshopbox workspace.

Step 2: Connect your Tata Cliq account

You need to connect your Tatacliq account to the Eshopbox workspace by requesting setup assistance from Eshopbox. This means you are authorising Eshopbox to access your Ajio account data, products, orders, and more.

Step 3: Configure your fulfilment locations

You need to create locations in Tata Cliq and configure them with Eshopbox. This enables Eshopbox to allocate your Tata Cliq orders to the optimal Eshopbox fulfilment centre for order processing. This can be done either individually or in bulk by following the below steps:

  • First, you need to add Eshopbox fulfilment centre addresses as locations in Tata Cliq. You need to contact the Tata Cliq team and provide them with the address and the GSTIN of each Eshopbox fulfilment centre that you wish to use

  • Tata Cliq will verify the location details and provide you with a username and password for each location that you have created

  • Once you have the username and password for each fulfilment centre location, navigate to Eshopbox workspace > Tata Cliq app > Choose Eshopbox Fulfilment centre

  • Click on 'Request setup' to get setup assistance from Eshopbox for each fulfilment centre that you wish to use

  • You need to provide your Tata Cliq user name and password corresponding to the fulfilment centre. Make sure to enter the information without any spaces.

  • Click on 'Save'

  • Eshopbox will notify you once the location(s) are made active.

Now, all your Tata Cliq orders will be routed to the Eshopbox fulfilment centres you have configured.

Step 4: Make your products available to Tata Cliq

Eshopbox allows you to manage the availability of your products on Tata Cliq. Making your products available to Tata Cliq means Eshopbox can relay product inventory and order status updates to Tata Cliq. All your products with matching SKUs in Eshopbox will be made available to Tata Cliq.

If a matching SKU is not found in Eshopbox or you wish to make a product unavailable on Tata Cliq, you need to manually manage product availability from the Eshopbox workspace. You can do this by following the below steps:

  • From the sidebar of the Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Inventory > All Products.

  • Search the product using ESIN or SKU for which you want to manage the product availability.

  • Make sure the seller SKUs configured with Tata Cliq listings is the same as the SKU or additional names of the products created in Eshopbox. <Learn how to find SKU on Tata Cliq>

  • Navigate to the availability tab from the detail page.

  • You can manage the status of availability on the sales channel by toggling the button 'On' or 'Off'

  • When you toggle the button 'On' to make a product available on Tata Cliq, you need to provide the Product SKU.

  • If you have toggled the button 'off', this means the product will be made unavailable on the sales channel, i.e the sales channel cannot read and track inventory updates of this product.

  • If you are using multiple Eshopbox fulfilment centres to process your Tata Cliq orders, you will need to make products available for each Eshopbox fulfilment centre location.

Step 5: Configure automation

Automation will help you easily streamline repetitive tasks and processes. Eshopbox allows you to sync inventory, orders and order updates automatically in Tata Cliq

5.1 Sync inventory levels

Whenever there is a change in inventory levels in Eshopbox, then corresponding inventory quantities in Tata Cliq will be updated. The update runs every 5 mins and is instant if a product is stocked out. The update will run only for products that are made available to Tata Cliq.

5.2 Create new orders

This means if a new order is created in Tata Cliq, then the same order would be created in Eshopbox.

  • Tata Cliq verifies and approves the order. If you are selling from multiple locations on Tata Cliq, it decides which location the order should be fulfilled from.

  • Tata Cliq will send approved orders to the corresponding Eshopbox fulfilment centres.

5.3 Cancel orders

This means if an order is cancelled on Tata Cliq, then it will also be cancelled in Eshopbox.

Note: Orders which have been fulfiled cannot be cancelled in Eshopbox.
