Learn how to manage and troubleshoot product availability on Myntra

You can import your Myntra products in Eshopbox and make inventory available to Myntra corresponding to its availability in Eshopbox.

Before you start

  • You have set up your Myntra sales channel with Eshopbox.

Basic concepts you should know

This will help you understand how Myntra products are treated in Eshopbox.

Products

Product records need to exist in both Eshopbox and Myntra with matching and unique SKUs. Eshopbox will only manage product availability on Myntra and will not manage any other product details.

Variants

On Myntra, each variant of a product is listed individually. In Eshopbox, each SKU is considered a product. This means each variant in Myntra would be treated as an individual product in Eshopbox.

Virtual kits

Virtual kits need to be created and managed within Eshopbox. You can make a virtual kit created in Eshopbox available on Myntra by associating it with a matching Myntra listing.

How to make products available to Myntra?

Eshopbox allows you to manage the availability of your products on Myntra. You can make your products available to Myntra individually or in bulk.

Making products available to Myntra PPMP individually

Follow the below steps to make your products available:

  • From the header of the Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Inventory > All Products

  • Search the product using ESIN or SKU for which you want to manage the product availability

  • Navigate to the availability tab from the detail page. Here you will be able to see all enabled sales channels, listing IDs and availability status

  • Navigate to Myntra sales channel

  • You can manage the status of availability on the sales channel by toggling the button 'on' or 'off'. When you toggle the button on, you need to provide the Myntra SKU id of the product.

  • If you have toggled the button 'on', this means the product is available on the sales channel, i.e the sales channel can read and track inventory updates of this product

  • If you have toggled the button 'off', this means the product is not available on the sales channel, i.e the sales channel cannot read and track inventory updates of this product

Note: Making a product available to Myntra from Eshopobox does not necessarily mean customers will be able to see your products. Product availability depends on multiple other factors like whether the product has adequate sellable inventory, whether the channel has delisted the product and more.

Making products available to Myntra PPMP in bulk

You can make products available to Amazon Prime in bulk by following the below steps:

  • From the header of the Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Inventory > All products

  • Click on the Import button in the top right corner of your screen.

  • Select Manage product availability on sales channel

  • Select Make products available to sales channel

  • Select sales channel as 'Myntra PPMP'.

  • Click on the 'Download template' button and update the SKU and the Myntra SKU id of your products in the template.

  • Click on 'Add CSV' and upload the template in Eshopbox.

Selected products will now be made available to Mynta PPMP.

Troubleshooting product availability on Myntra

You may come across situations where the product count in Myntra does not match the product count on Eshopbox. Follow the below checklist to identify and rectify the errors:

  • Check whether multiple Myntra listings are associated with a single product in Eshopbox

  • Check whether the SKU in Eshopbox matches the SKU in Myntra

Scenario I: Multiple Myntra listings are associated with a single product in Eshopbox

In this case, multiple listings on Myntra are associated with a single product in Eshopbox. This happens when there are two listings with different seller SKUs in Myntra, and both these seller SKUs are available as an SKU or any other aliases with a product in Eshopbox.

If you make a product available in Eshopbox associated with multiple Myntra listings, Eshopbox will highlight this case with the remark 'Multiple listings are available on Myntra for this product'. Now, follow the below steps to make the correct product available to Myntra:

  • You will be able to see all the Myntra SKUs associated with the product in Eshopbox. You need to choose the SKU that you wish to make available on Flipkart.

  • Click on 'make available'

Now, the SKU you have chosen will be made available to Myntra and the other SKUs associated with the product in Eshopbox will remain unavailable on Myntra.

Scenario II: SKU in Eshopbox does not match the SKU in Myntra

In this case, you need to add SKU as an alias (additional name) in Eshopbox. You can add your Myntra SKU in Eshopbox as an alias to associate the products by editing your product information. How to edit product information in Eshopbox.

You may face an error while adding aliases to your product. This happens if multiple products are created in Eshopbox with the same SKU. In this case, you need to use the merge product function to combine multiple products in Eshopbox into one.
