You need to create returns for AJIO so that Eshopbox can identify the returns that are expected at Eshopbox fulfillment centers.

Follow the below steps to create AJIO returns in Eshopbox:
Step 1: Get return information from AJIO
You will get your AJIO return information from your AJIO seller central account. Follow the below steps to download the returns details:
Navigate to Ajio Seller Central.
Provide the credentials and click on the Sign-in button.
From the side menu bar of Ajio, navigate to Reporting.
Select View Reports from the dropdown.

Apply the filters. Select report type as Return Report and select your place of business.
Select the appropriate date range.
Click on the View button.

You will be able to view your reports in the Return reports section. To download your report click on the report you wish to download, then click on the Export.

Step 2: Download the Eshopbox return template
Once you have received the return information from AJIO, you need to download the Eshopbox return template by following the steps below:
From the sidebar of the workspace, navigate to Orders.
Click on the Import button in the top right corner of your screen
Select Create new returns.

Download the import report template. The template will include all the guidelines required to enter your return details.

Step 3: Convert return information to Eshopbox return template
You need to now fill in your AJIO return details in the Eshopbox return template. While filling the template, you need to be aware of the terminologies used in both AJIO and Eshopbox.
The following table will help you to provide return details of AJIO in the return import template:

💡Once you have prepared the return template, make sure you save it in CSV format.
Step 4: Upload return template in Eshopbox
Once you have prepared the return template, you need to upload it into Eshopbox.
From the sidebar of the workspace, navigate to Orders.
Click on the Import button in the top right corner of your screen
Select Create new returns.
Click on the Add CSV button and select the file you wish to upload.
Click on Submit.
Once you have submitted the return template, you will be redirected to the Eshopbox workspace and you will be able to see that your import is in progress as shown:

Your AJIO returns are now being created in Eshopbox.
Step 5: Track your returns
Once your return template has been imported into Eshopbox, you can track the status of your returns by navigating to the 'Files' tab from the sidebar of the Eshopbox workspace. Here, you will be able to see one of the following statuses for the returns that have been imported:
Returns created: This means that returns have been successfully imported into Eshopbox. For example, 200 returns created.
Returns failed: This means that returns could not be created in Eshopbox. This usually happens when there are errors while processing the return template. For example, 125 returns failed.
