You will come across orders that have been sidelined in Eshopbox. Sidelined orders cannot be processed. Your orders may be sidelined in Eshopbox for one of the following reasons:

  • Adequate inventory is not available

  • The shipping label cannot be generated

How to handle sidelined orders?

You need to take corrective action based on the reason for which your order has been sidelined.

1. If an adequate inventory is not available in Eshopbox

In this case, you need to provide Eshopbox with the required amount of inventory to process the order. If you are unable to supply inventory to Eshopbox, you need to cancel the order.

2. If a shipping label cannot be generated

In this case, you need to provide a shipping label to Eshopbox for your order. If you are unable to provide a shipping label, you need to request Eshopbox to cancel the order.
