Eshopbox allows you to use order filters to segregate specific Shopify orders that you wish to import into Eshopbox. You can segregate Shopify orders using 4 filters:

  • Payment method

  • Shipping state

  • Shopify order tags

  • Shopify location

Let's explore a few intelligent ways to use these order filters:'

Example I: You only wish to import prepaid orders and verified COD orders

To do this, you can define a set of two conditions — one to segregate verified COD orders from your overall Shopify orders and another to segregate the prepaid orders as shown:

Filter I: You need to apply two conditions in this filter. The payment method is awaiting payment AND the order tag is verified.

Filter II: Select payment method as paid and use the 'OR' functionality to combine the filters.

Example II: You only wish to import prepaid orders and verified COD orders from a particular state

Let's say you wish to import prepaid orders and verified COD orders from New Delhi.

To do this, you can define a set of two conditions — one to segregate prepaid Shopify orders from New Delhi and another to segregate verified COD orders from New Delhi as shown:

Filter I: You need to apply two conditions in this filter. The Shipping is New Delhi AND Payment is Paid.

Filter II: You need to apply three conditions in this filter. The Shipping is New Delhi AND Payment is awaiting payment AND Shopify Order tag is verified. Use the 'OR' functionality to combine the filters.
