Create a location in Shopify
Choose Eshopbox fulfilment locations
In this article, you will learn how to allow Eshopbox to fulfil all Shopify orders using one fulfilment center.
Step 1: Create a location in Shopify
You need to create a location in Shopify to associate it with Eshopbox fulfilment centers.
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Locations.
Click on Add Location.
Enter the location name and the address of the fulfilment center. You can find the exact address of the Eshopbox fulfilment center by navigating to the Eshopbox workspace > Settings > Fulfilment Center.
Click on Save. Now you have created the Eshopbox FC location in Shopify.
Step 2: Choose Eshopbox fulfilment locations
You need to associate the dummy location created in Shopify with each Eshopbox fulfilment location.
You need to follow the below-given steps to choose Eshopbox fulfilment locations:
Step 2.1: Log in to your Eshopbox workspace.
Step 2.2: From the header, navigate to Apps > Shopify and click on Choose Eshopbox fulfilment locations.
Toggle the button 'on' to associate the Shopify location to the Eshopbox fulfilment center
From the dropdown, associate the Shopify location with the Eshopbox fulfilment center
Step 2.3: Click on Save. You have associated the Shopify location with the Eshopbox fulfilment centre.
Now, all your Shopify orders will be routed to the Eshopbox fulfilment center you have configured.
