This Acceptable Products and Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the types of products and activities that are permissible or restricted when using the services offered by Eshopbox. By using Eshopbox Services, the User agrees to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services, removal of inventory, legal action, and other consequences.
The following items are not allowed under any circumstances:
Products that infringe intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc.).
Products promoting hate speech or violence based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Products containing personal or confidential information (e.g. credit card numbers, medical records) without explicit, prior written consent.
Products that exploit or abuse children, including any sexualized depictions.
Products that contain malware or are designed to disrupt or harm computing systems or networks.
Products involved in illegal activities or violating any local, national, or international laws.
Products that support, promote, or fund terrorist organizations.
Products intended to enable reverse engineering, manipulation of systems, or inflated billing practices.
These items are banned due to safety, legal, or transportation risks and are not accepted at Eshopbox facilities:
Oil-based paints and thinners
Industrial solvents
Insecticides, fertilizers, poisons
Lithium batteries
Magnetized materials
Machinery with fuel residue (e.g. chainsaws, outboard engines)
Fuel containers (e.g. for lanterns or stoves)
Automobile batteries
Infectious substances
Toxic compounds, liquids, or gases
Flammable adhesives
Arms and ammunition
Dry ice (solid CO2)
Any aerosols, liquids, powders, or other dangerous goods classified for air transport
Poisons
Firearms, ammunition, and military-grade equipment
Pornographic material
These items are subject to legal regulations, special handling conditions, or require prior written approval from Eshopbox before they can be processed. Users must obtain approval before shipping and may be required to sign additional documentation or agreements. Eshopbox reserves the right to reject these products at any stage. These include:
Precious stones, gems, and jewellery
Bearer instruments (e.g. uncrossed cheques), currency, and coins
Other weapons, knives, and items subject to age restrictions
Hazardous chemicals/substances
Foodstuff and liquor
Aerosols and flammable liquids
Perfumes and fragrances
Products requiring specific certification or regulatory clearance
Adult-themed products or packaging
Products containing perishables or liquids
Posters or flyers needing special packaging
Temperature-sensitive or pressure-sensitive items
Failure to obtain prior approval may lead to rejection or delay at the User's expense.
Eshopbox may, at any time and with or without notice, remove any such products, and suspend or terminate Your account or Your access to the Services if You engage in activities that violate the terms of this Product Policy, including activities outside of Your use of the Services.
Eshopbox has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or investigate any products and Your use of Our Services at any time for compliance with this Product Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Service, or any other agreement between You and Eshopbox governing Your use of the Services. Our determination of whether a violation of this Product Policy has occurred or may potentially occur will be final and binding, and any action taken with respect to enforcing this Product Policy, including taking no action at all, will be at Our sole discretion.
Counterfeit or Fraudulent Products
Eshopbox maintains a zero-tolerance policy against counterfeit or fraudulent products.
If Eshopbox reasonably believes that you or any of your customers have shipped or attempted to ship counterfeit or fraudulent products, we may:
Seize or remove such products from storage or transit.
Blacklist you or your customers from using Eshopbox Services in the future.
Report the matter to the relevant authorities or law enforcement.
Impose penalties or liquidated damages, which may include charges to cover legal or administrative costs incurred by Eshopbox.
Retain or block payments (including COD amounts) while investigating.
Dispose of any seized products after giving you reasonable notice if they are confirmed to be counterfeit or fraudulent.
Disputed Shipments
Eshopbox may impose charges or withhold payments if a shipment is disputed by a courier partner, end-customer, government authority, or any third party with a legitimate claim.
We may temporarily hold COD or other funds while the dispute is resolved.
We may recover any related costs (inspection fees, storage, legal fees) from you.
We may retain or inspect the disputed goods until the dispute is settled.
Shipping to Government-Prohibited or Restricted Areas
You must comply with all government regulations regarding restricted or prohibited areas, including lockdowns, red zones, or containment zones. Shipping non-essential or unauthorized items to these areas is strictly prohibited.
If Eshopbox discovers such a violation, we may impose a penalty or liquidated damages to cover administrative, legal, and reputational harm.
Repeated offenses could result in suspension or termination of your account.
Security Deposit & Financial Recourse
Under certain circumstances, Eshopbox may require a security deposit to cover potential losses, especially if you have a history of non-compliance or high-risk shipments.
This deposit may be used to cover any legal fees, fines, or claims related to policy violations.
Unutilized deposit amounts will be refunded once Eshopbox deems there are no pending risks or disputes.
Seizure and Disposal Rights
Eshopbox reserves the right to seize or hold products that violate this policy or applicable laws.
We may give you notice to rectify or retrieve seized goods if the violation is curable.
If unclaimed or confirmed illegal, Eshopbox may dispose of such items (by destruction, donation, or transferring to authorities) without liability to you.

This Eshopbox Acceptable Products and Use Policy is subject to change. We will notify you of any significant revisions through our standard communication channels.
