Eshopbox helps you to keep track of your recall consignment. You can track the complete life cycle of recall consignment from creation to dispatch. You/Eshopbox can create a recall consignment for the below types of inventories:

  • Good: Inventory available for sale.

  • QC rejected: Inventory rejected by Eshopbox at the time of inward.

  • Bad: Inventory rejected by Eshopbox at the time processing the return.

Before you start

  • Keep the recall consignment number handy.

View recall consignment

Navigate to Consignments > Recall. Here, you can view the list of all the recall consignments.

You can sort recall consignments based on the:

  • Creation date, or

  • Status, or

  • Quantity

You can filter recall consignments by recall date, status, consignment number, quantity, created date range, inventory Type, dispatched date, and packed date.

View recall consignment

To view a particular recall consignment, apply a filter using the consignment number. Once filtered, you can view the consignment with the below details:

  • Movement: Location of inventory movement (origin and destination).

  • Details: Consignment number and date. The date under the details will depend on the status of that consignment. For example, if Eshopbox packs the consignment, packed on will be visible.

  • Status: Consignment status and consignment type. Consignment type refers to good, bad, or qc rejected.

  • Ordered quantity: Number of items for which you/Eshopbox created the consignment.

  • In process quantity: Number of items in packing.

  • Shipped quantity: The number of items Eshopbox packed.

Status

Eshopbox workspace groups recall consignments into the following statuses.

  • Created: You/Eshopbox consignment creation request has been successfully created in the Eshopbox workspace.

  • Failed: Your consignment is failed because of missing/incorrect details in the CSV.

  • Processing: Eshopbox is working on the recall consignments and packing the items.

  • Packed: Eshopbox has packed all the items of the consignment. Now you can schedule the consignment.

  • Dispatched: The recall consignment is dispatched successfully to your warehouse.

  • Cancelled: You have canceled your recall consignment and don’t want to back your inventory. Once the consignment is marked as processing, you cannot cancel it.

To view details of the consignment, click on the row, and you’ll redirect to:

  • Recall detail page

  • Recall track page

In case the consignment is complete, you’ll redirect to the recall detail Page; otherwise, you’ll redirect to the recall track page.

💡 No redirection if the consignment failed or canceled.

Recall detail page

To view details of the consignment, click on the row which is in completed status. The detail page is divided into three sections:

Summary

This section will provide the following details of the consignment:

  • Location of the movement of inventory (origin and destination)

  • Quantities like:
    - Ordered Quantity: Number of items for which you/Eshopbox created the consignment.
    - Shipped Quantity: The number of items Eshopbox packed.
    - Cancelled Quantity: Number of items that are not available at the FC, and processing cannot be done.

  • Important Dates such as:
    - Created on: Date on which you create the consignment in the Eshopbox workspace.
    - Processing Initiated on: Date on which Eshopbox FC initiated the recall of the consignment.
    - Packed on: Date on which Eshopbox packs the consignment.
    - Dispatched on: Date on which Eshopbox dispatch the consignment from FC.

  • Export: You can download the recall report for the completed consignment.

Information

This section will brief you regarding the summary of the consignment when you pick it from Eshopbox.

  • Ordered Quantity: Number of items for which you/Eshopbox created the consignment

  • The number of boxes packed against the consignment.

  • Estimated completion date: estimated date for packing the inventory requested in the consignment. The estimated date is only for good inventory.

  • Inventory type: Type of recall consignment. (good, QC rejected, bad).

Recall detail

This section will give you detail on the product level recall of the consignment. In this section, you can search the product with the help of ESIN and SKU.

  • Item Image and name for easy identification of the product.

  • Product identifiers such as SKU and ESIN.

  • Quantities like:
    - Order quantity: Number of items for which you/Eshopbox created the consignment
    - Shipped Quantity: The number of items Eshopbox packed.
    - Cancelled Quantity: Number of items that are not available at the FC and processing cannot be done

Recall track page

You can redirect to the track page when your consignment is created, processing, and packed status. The tracking page is divided into three sections:

Status

  • Consignment is created: This means the Eshopbox team is currently reviewing your request.

  • Awaiting removal: Your request is currently in a queue, as your other recall consignment is being processed.

  • Removal of goods against the consignment is in process: Eshopbox is processing your removal request.

  • Scheduling your consignment: Your inventory is packed and ready for pickup; complete the scheduling of your consignment.

Consignment details

This will show the details of the consignment, such as:

  • Consignment number and order quantity.

  • Inventory type: Inventory type can be good, bad, or qc rejected.

Progress bar

This will tell you the quantity level update of the consignment.

  • Estimated completion date: It is the estimated date by which Eshopbox will pack the requested items. This is applicable for good inventory.

  • Cancelled quantity: Number of items that are not available at the FC and processing cannot be done

  • Shipped quantity: The number of items Eshopbox packed. You can download the shipped quantity report from the progress bar.

  • Qty in progress: Inventory for which packing is in process.

  • Number of boxes: It is the number of boxes packed against the consignment.

  • Removal status of the consignment.

Download consignments

If you have many products in the consignment, you would want to perform some advanced analysis on this data set. You can download your recall report with the help of the export button on the recall detail page.‌‌

After you click on export and submit your request, you will get a notification when your file is ready. You can also navigate to files on the menu to get your files. Eshopbox saves any downloaded file for a maximum of 48 hours.

About download File

Your downloaded file displays your essential information about your product of the consignment. Your downloads are only available in CSV file format. Each line of the downloaded file represents a single quantity of the product.
