Once you've created an inward consignment, you can easily track its progress. This article is a guide to learning how to track an inward consignment in Eshopbox.

  1. Navigate to the sidebar and click on Consignment > Inward.

  2. Next, select the consignment you want to track.

  3. Upon selection, you can view the tracking details of the consignment.

  4. Here you can,

  • View the consignment details

  • View the inward details

  • Track the progress of your inward consignment

Following are the progress markers that'll be visible in the workspace as your consignment gets processed.

  • Consignment is created: A green tick will appear once your consignment has been created successfully on Eshopbox.

  • Consignment is scheduled: A green tick will appear once your consignment has been scheduled successfully on Eshopbox.

  • Consignment is awaited: A green tick will appear once your consignment is awaited.

  • Consignment is received: A green tick will appear once your consignment has been received successfully by Eshopbox.

  • Inward of good against the consignment in the process

5. Once the inward of your consignment is completed successfully you will be confirmed about the completion of your inward consignment. You will now be able to view the final statistics of the completed consignment and be able to export the following reports for your perusal.

  • Rejected quantity

  • Overage quantity

Note: To download either of these reports, simply click on the download icon next Rejected Qty and Overage Qty.

6. Once the consignment is marked completed, Eshopbox will take 24 - 48 hours to make your inventory available for sale.
